. Scope of application:

This machine is suitable for measuring the shear rate of plastics and polymer materials and the fluidity of melt under the action of shear stress under certain temperature conditions, including the apparent viscosity of thermoplastic and thermosetting materials.

2. The rheometer is an intelligent capillary rheometer with computer measurement and control. It can work under constant pressure, constant speed, constant temperature, different heating rate, different temperature and different shear rate. The detection parameters such as pressure, temperature and speed of different plastics in different die environments can be automatically determined by software. The software automatically draws the curve, and saves and prints the data.
3. Different specifications (low temperature type, high temperature type, different pressure, different rod diameter, etc.) can be customized according to user requirements. This model is of low pressure, single head and single living structure.

1. Constant speed shear test: it can measure the curve of shear stress and shear rate, and the curve of shear viscosity and shear rate
2. Constant pressure shear test: it can measure the shear viscosity and shear rate curve
3Step shear rate test: different shear rates can be set according to the user's requirements, the shear stress and shear rate curve, and the shear viscosity and shear rate curve can be measured, and the melt fracture and the minimum flow pressure and shear rate of the melt can be judged according to the changes of the curve during the experiment.
