In 2002, Dyfenco signed a worldwide license agreement for AIM's patented lead-free alloy, trade-named CASTIN. This agreement enables Dyfenco to product and to sell CASTIN alloy throughout the world with the legal protection of US patent 5405577and JP patent no. 2752258.

Dyfenco became the first local solder maker who formally introduced the green electronic materials- Sn/Ag/Cu (Pb free, no Halide) solder materials into the Taiwan electronics industry. Hence, Dyfenco can supply a fully range of lead-free soldering process services and products. We can efficiently control and manage the hazardous ingredients such as Pb\Cd\Cr6+\Hg\Halide\PBB\PBDE through our comprehensive testing equipments. We also provide technical supports and green solutions for the lead-free processing requirements.

History
1979: Establish company. Main products: Resin, Fiber Glass and Coating chemicals
1981: Modify company name to Dyfenco business Ltd. Flux production line set up
1987: Modify company name to Dyfenco Electronic Chemical Corp. Cooperate with US Hi-grade, import flux tech. And product all kind of No-clean flux.
1988: Establish factory. Solder bar, wire and anode production line set up
1992: Register own brand HQ; Establish China Shenzhen office
1999: Dyfenco ISO9002 certificate
2000: Move to new office located at Yen-Chao, Kaohsiung China Dongguan branch office & manufacture factory " Forever Gold" set up
2001: China Suzhou branch office " Suzhou Dyfenco" set up
2002: Sign CASTIN lead-free with the AIM; Lead free solder paste production line set u; Cooperate with National Cheng Kung University; Development of Lead Free Solder Alloy and Flux " Science and Technology Plan; Dyfenco ISO9001 certificate
