Nanning Diwangcun Woods Co., Ltd., a co-partnership company with a state-owned forest farm which belongs to forestry department of Guangxi Autonomous Region, was established in 2010. The company, locates in Nanning, Guangxi, covers an area of 86710 square meters and it's registered capital is 10.8 million yuan.

The forest farm has the afforestation area of 408, 800 mu and the stocking volumes of 1.291million cubic meters.

The company, with the annual production capacity of 100, 000 cubic meters of plywood, has the existing staff of about 600 people, management personnel of 21 people, and the technical research & development personnel of 30 people. It has 5 lines of plywood production, 8 lines of veneer production and 4 lines of dried rotary cut. Container floor, floor base material, multi-layer plywood, eucalyptus wood veneer are its main products.

The company adopts the modern enterprise management that it establishes the relevant technical standard and the management standard like ISO9001, BV, ABS, CCS and FSC/COC. The company also plans to apply for CARB. Import & export qualification has already been permitted for the company.
