The EU Project Incubation Centre (EUPIC) is a non-profit trade promotion organization established in November 2006 in Chengdu after the Incubation Event for sustainable development. Supported by the EU, Sichuan provincial government, Chengdu municipal government and Chengdu Hi-tech Industrial zone, it is the EU's only project incubation centre in China.

EUPIC's strength lies in its extensive network and background from European and Chinese authorities. Through close cooperation with our EU partner organizations and local governmental departments, EUPIC is dedicated to providing effective and professional service to the EU companies, colleges and universities, research institutions and chambers of commerce seeking technical cooperation, investment, project incubation and trade in China; It also provides assistance to Chinese companies to enter the EU market. EUPIC dedicates itself to promoting a close partnership between EU and Chinese companies.

The EU Project Incubation Centre (EUPIC) provides free offices with a full set of equipment to EU companies and associations developing in China for six months. The offices for the EU association, intermediary organizations and EU companies have been set up and are open for work.
