We, DOUBLEGULL TEXTILE Co., Ltd were established in the early 1990s as a state-owned enterprise. After a period of reformation into a privately held company, we now specialize in fusible and non-fusible woven interlinings for shirts, ladies' garments, men's suits, caps, trousers and related products. Outputting over 70 million square meters of interlinings, we have three factories that employ a total of 350 staff:

Changxing Factory: Located on Changxing Island and producing low- and middle-grade products

Gucun Factory and 777 Factory: Located in the Gucun Industrial Zone and producing high-grade products

Equipped with modern production machinery, including both imported and specially manufactured units, we have also implemented comprehensive quality control procedures. Moreover, we operate in strict compliance with environmental protection legislation, and have invested in pollution removal equipment.

Producing all interlinings using carefully screened imported raw materials, we have thereby been able to attain ISO9001 and Oeko-Tex Standard 100 certification for our products. Marketing these products under our "Double Gull" and "Qian Wei" trademarks, we have attained an export license, and are striving to extend our presence in the world market.
