1. Q: What is the material being used for your products?
     A: Mild steel Q235, Q195
2. Q: How is the goods being packed?
     A: Plastic banding + Stretch film wrapped, palletized for easy loading and unloading with standard forklift truck or pallet jack.
3. Q: What is the payment terms I can get?
     A: TT or L/C at sight, DP etc
4. Q: What kind of finish do you provide for your goods manageengine rack builder?
     A: Electro galvanized ,hot dip galanized, painting or powder coating is available.
5. Q: What is the loading capacity?
     A: In general, we have light duty(100~300kg) model,medium duty(400~800kg) model and heavy duty(1000~1700kg) model available for
your choice.
6. Q: Which product can be used in cold storage?
     A: Mobile rack,wire container and roll cage are all widely used in cold storage.
7. Q: I like your design, but couldnt find the right model from the products list, is custom size available?
     A: Yes, we do custom products and projects.
8. Q: I don' have drawing or picture available for th custom products, could you design it for me?
     A: Yes, we can make the best suitable design for you but do need to know the details - such as below
          1) dimension
          2) loading capacity
          3) stackability
          4) operation environment.
9. Q: What is your average production lead time?
     A: 2-3 weeks against formal order and deposit.
10. Q: Do I get any guarantee from your company?
     A: 3~10 years warranty in case that
          1)Proper handling during operation, correctly forklift handling while stacking/un-stacking
          2)Overloading is prohibited of manageengine rack builder
          3)Environment request -indoor, dry and not humid circumstance, do not contact with any corrosive chemical material (for zn plated and powder coated proucts, no limitation for hot dip galvanized)
