Shenzhen Songyuxing Mould(Die-casting) Co., Ltd was established in 1999 and is one of companies in China specialized in aluminum & zinc alloy die casting products and assemblies to meet customers' requirements. As the member of GUANGDONG DIE CASTING INSTITUTE, Our factory has passed the ISO9000: 2000 International Quality system.
Our factory have 8 sets die-casting machine, from 88 tons to 800 tons, We also have other making equipment such as: CNC machining center, Milling Machine, CNC Lathe, Wire-cut EDM, polishing machine, Coating Spraying Line, etc. Covering an area of 6, 000 square meters with one half building area, it holds more than 130 employees followed by 8 engineers and 10 technicians. Output of tooling is 10 sets per month and total product's weight are over 600 tons annually.
Business includes tooling design and manufacture, die-casting, machining, surface finishing, etc. Over 500 aluminum and zinc die-casting products are carefully conducted including components for LED lamp, household appliance, communication, toys, furniture, clock, etc, all of which shall be delivered world wide. We are exactly know what's the customer requirement when they provide drawings and material specification. And our engineering can suggest the best process and technology to make the component or any design changing if necessary. We are providing high international standard and competitive price products for worldwide customers.
