Toon Wei Industry Co., Ltd. was established in 1989 in Taoyuan, Taiwan, specializing in the production of modern industrial paints and various kinds of coating.

To have an international operation, Toon Wei Paint Plant was established in 1998 in Qingxi Town, Dongguan City, Guangdong Province. It's the hub in southern China.

Toon Wei Special Paint (Soozhou) Co., Ltd. was founded in 2001. With the hinterland of mainland China, Toon Wei is working to be a large global plant! Under the modern business management and insistence on quality of Chairman Huang Zheng-qi, public praise on Toon Wei was built.

Our paints have won appointment of famous companies such as ASUS, BenQ, Compal, LOYALTY FOUNDER, EUPA, DELT, ADVANTECH, IN WIN, EVERSKILL, CF, KEYTRAK, Enlight, KAR-RIE, Inventec, SANMINA. SCI, COMPUCASE, etc. As well as favor of internationally renowned co-mpanies like IBM, HP, DELL, GATEWAY, SIEMENS, HITACHI and FUJITSU, etc and famous brands in China like Lenovo and FOUNDER.

ERP(Enterprise Resources Planning) was introduced in 2003. VPN(Virtual Private Network) and teleconference equipment at each location was introduced.

Won certification of BSI ISO-9001, SGS and UL conductive coatings brand, awards of "Advanced Unit" and "Poison Free Enterprise" and the title "Large Account of Capital Increase and Expansion of Shares of Foreign Businesses in Wuzhoung District, Suzhou City, 2003.

The Suzhou Plant is in a beautiful environment with intensive investments around. The buildings c-onform to the modern plant specifications, emphasized on the combination of humanized space, technology and vividness. A special R&D Building was built as the drive of industry upgrade. The estimated annual output is 25, 000 tons. It's the basic stage for us to move ahead to the international m-arkets.

We participated in Guangzhou International Paints Exhibition in March 2004 and Shanghai Intern-ational Paints Exhibition in July 2004 to formally start our competition with internationally renown-ed paint factories.
