Dongguan KINGMOLD Precision Mold Co., Ltd was founded in year 1999, with the importing of computer-aided design, analysis and the numerical control processing, we are now devoloped as one of the modernization large-scale mould making enterprise in China. Dongguan KINGMOLD Precision Mold Co., Ltd located in Shatian town where is known as the logistics town in sea land and air transportations, as it only need 1.5 hours driving from Shatian to Hong Kong and 1 hour driving to Guangzhou and Shenzhen international airport respectively, in addition the Yanjiang Superhighway is under construction in Shatian, and will put in use in year 2010.

KingMold own a self-build production and operation facility covers an area of 6000 square meter, With more than 200 employees including middle/high administrators and technicians of 40 people. Excellent hot runner technology, mold flow analysis techniques, Nirtogen gas-assist injection technology, oil heating injection technology, E-mold, STEAM-MOLD was widely adopted which made us as an outstanding in the sector of injection mould making. We also carried out the modernized ERP system, CAD, CAM, CAE positively, which help us reduced the timing for mold manufacture in large scale, and improved the mold quality effectively. Our Management is highly motivated in investing on new technology and machines, we own the advanced large-scale high accuracy equipment. For example: Large-scale machining center 10 sets, double headed spark machine 20 sets, the wire cutting machine 5 sets, the deep hole drill machine 2 sets, fitting mold machine 1 set, projector 1 set, three dimension measuring instrument 1 set, and we have large-scale injection molding machines from180 to1300 tons. With the most advanced machines for mold manufacturing and systematic management, we reserve a capacity of 200 sets, the biggest one is 40 tons.

60% of our molds are exporting to Europe, America and Japan, Up to now, we are the suppliers of a lot of domestic and oversea famous companies. We specialized in the mold making for automobile bumper, display board, shutter, air outlet, fender, rear view mirror, , back mirror, front pillar, stele, roof louvre window, hand, etc, we also good at TV mold, medical appurtenances, large scale water pipe joint mould making as we have grasped the very professional technology, such as the oil heats up, the high gross injection mold, E-MOLD and STEAM-MOLD.
