Delyer low temperature solder paste, whose soldering temperature is 40-50 º C lower than that of the common Sn/Pb alloy paste, is a no-clean solder paste developed and designed for SMT low temperature soldering process. The Delyer low temperature solder paste owns excellent soldering performance, which is suitable for the soldering of low temperature resistance, such as the soldering of double-sided patch. After soldering, nearly no-residue, good resistance to moisture, no-clean or cleaned by organic solvent.

1. Good printing rolling and soldering performance.
2. Long operating time on the stencil, keeping good printing effect.
3. Excellent soldering performance, good wettability on substrate of different materials.
4. Excellent soldering performance in wide range of reflow soldering temperature.
5. After soldering, bright joint color, good electrical conductivity, no-residue, low corrosion, high surface insulation resistance, achieving good ICT test performance without cleaning.
