Founded in Brazil in 1999, International (KAANLY) Enterprise, an integrative technological investment company, integrates the research and design, manufacture, and sales of electronics and hi-tech products.

Since our establishment we have always held as a principle of market operation that we should develop a strategy based on specialization, localization and globalization. We are based in Brazil and have been taking advantage of the opportunities presented to us in order to find our own path to success. Our sales network is spread all over South America, and in Brazil alone, we have over 270 distributors handling our products. They are achieving remarkable results. We have held onto our market share, which has been stable for some time. This share covers the field of intelligent electronic systems and digital IT products.

In order to further expand sales, reduce production costs and strengthen our technological expertise, in June 2003 we invested USD 1, 000, 000 to establish Shenzhen (KAANLY) Digital Technology Development Co., Ltd. Because of the advantages of lower costs gained from being based in China, we feel that our base in Shenzhen combined with that in South America should be able to take on and meet the electronic needs of the world.

Our current product range is divided into 2 categories:

1) The R&D of GPS, PC Camera and other similar devices.
2) Digital IT products, including MP3/MP4 players etc.

We have been building up our international presence worldwide. We believe that it is because of the characteristics of our products that we have begun to make inroads into the markets of Europe, North and South America, Africa, Southeast Asia, as well as the domestic market.
