Dongfang Electric Corporation Materials Company (hereafter referred to as DECMC) is a state owned company subordinated to Dongfang Electric Corporation, created in 1988. The company is mainly engaged in international and domestic trade of steel products, power plant service, and complete power plant auxiliary equipment supply etc.

DECMC has abundant experiences and stable materials sourcing channel for power plant equipment industry and oil & gas field. DECMC has been establishing good relationships with domestic and abroad steel product manufacturers for critical piping system(high pressure high temperature tubes& pipes), medium and low pressure tubes& pipes, OCTG pipes, line pipes, CS/AS/SS steel sheets/plates, silicon steel sheets, forging pipes/rings/bars and welding materials.

DECMC as a window provides spare parts and services of its group members to more than 30 power plants. It includes power plant modification and upgrading, motors, valves, automatic control system and auxiliary equipment supply etc.

DECMC also provides subcontracting engineering project service. In Iran 4X325MW thermal power plant project, DECMC performed the materials procurement for whole set boilers and provided technical supervision, QC for local manufacturers.
