Was founded in 2008, is a production-oriented high-tech enterprise integrating research, development, production and sales; Which is mainly engaged in precision functional components, EPE packaging materials, civilian and medical masks. Our company has obtained 33 research and development patents, which has also achieved I S O 9 0 0 1, I S O 1 4 0 0 1, I A T F 1 6 9 4 9, the integration of the two systems of management system standards, intellectual property standards and other systems certification.
With a total investment of more than 100 million yuan, we have established multiple one thousand level clean workshops and one hundred thousand level medical production workshops. We have 4 automatic KN95 production lines, which can produce folded and sterilized protective masks with one-time molding, stable quality and high productivity. Four automatic flat production lines, which can produce masks for adults, children, and multi-functional flat masks. Our products are clean and sanitary since we have numbers of semi-automatic production lines and semi-automatic sealing machine. The monthly production of KN95 masks can reach 8 million, and for flat masks is 10 million.
Our company has obtained a temporary class II medical device license, equipped with professional testing instruments and laboratories. The products conforms to national standards and CE is under certification.
