Our expansive base of customers include iron & steel, metallurgy, docks, mining, paper, chemical fertilizer, cement, wind power, and more. We understand your equipment and your business, and our experienced staff draws on more than one decade of experience to solve your needs.
SINOVO employs the most recent and advanced engineering, software and methodology in the design, manufacture, and assembly of gearboxes. Most importantly, all components, including the housing and bearings are generously oversized for increased life and ease of service.
Our CNC machining and measuring capabilities include SNK CNC milling machine, DMG&OKUMA CNC vertical machining centers, CNC gear grinding/hobbing/milling machine, CNC vertical lathe, Leitz & Fago &Hexagon CMM and other over 100 sets of equipments imported from Japan and Europe.
All the assembly process is done in constant-temperature workshop to make sure high precision of gearbox. Besides, SINOVO has three workshops, welding, processing and assembly shops. Welding gearbox casing can be produced in house.
We are ISO 9001 certified, and our quality control department ensures all phases of production are in full compliance with customers' drawings or samples. We would like to bring a world class level of service and product to your company.
