Tangshan Luanming Cable Co., Ltd., formerly known as Tangshan City Wire and Cable Factory, has been renamed due to the needs of its strategic development. It is a medium-sized professional manufacturer specializing in the production of "Luanming" brand wires and cables. It is a first-level enterprise in the city, a star enterprise in the provincial system, and a member of the national, provincial, and municipal wire and cable associations.

The factory was established in 1986 and currently has more than 100 employees, including 18 senior and MID-level technical personnel. The enterprise covers an area of 19, 428 square meters and is divided into five departments and four workshops. The five departments are Production Technology Department, Quality Inspection and Measurement Department, Finance Department, Sales Department, and Equipment Department. The three workshops are Plastic Cable Workshop, Wire Twisting Workshop, and Wire Drawing Workshop. The factory has strong economic strength, advanced production equipment, and complete testing methods, with 50 sets of main production equipment and 30 sets of product testing equipment.

The leading products of the factory include eight series such as cloth wires, aluminum stranded wires, steel core aluminum stranded wires, plastic cables, control cables, and overhead insulated wires, with nearly a thousand specifications. These products have passed the quality and production license certification of relevant national departments, and four products have obtained national first-class product certification and double procurement certificates adopting international and domestic standards. The factory has won continuous honors of trustworthy products at provincial and municipal levels. The steel core aluminum stranded wire was rated as a "high-quality product" by the province in 2002, and was awarded the "Well-known Trademark of Tangshan City" in 2015, the "Famous Trademark of Hebei Province" in 2013, and re-evaluated as the "Famous Trademark of Hebei Province" in 2016. It has also passed the ISO9001-2008 quality system certification.

The factory's output value exceeds 100 million yuan, with an annual production capacity of 12, 000 tons for conductors, 20 million meters for cloth wires, and over 10 million meters for other products such as plastic cables, insulated wires, and control cables. The products are mainly sold to more than 100 regions including Inner Mongolia, Shanxi, Hebei, Beijing, Tianjin, and the three provinces in the east, and are well received by users.
