-Full implement the contract signed with customers by providing quality services timely.
-Our centre advisory department will have a final review before client's certification audit or prior to the completion of training project.
-If failure of certification audit for system project or specialist's review for specific project is caused by us, our customer can refuse to pay the consulting fee.
-We always provide continuous service by free charge after the project completion, by providing the conference call service, technical support if any update of standard.
