" in Taipei City, Taiwan in May 1986, when he was awaken by the big demand of transducers and panel meters used in power system and power remote control system. In newly established, only fifteen employees at the company.

Chitai moved to Hsin-Tien City in September 1990 for developing measuring instrument. Now, "VXI interface instrument investigation" is hold by Taiwan industrial technology research institute.

In 1994, we transfer the technical from CNLA (Chinese National Laboratory Accreditation) for one year direction. In 1996, we extended our factory area into 1400m² And the employees was upped to 40 persons and raised the business of import and export.
