By now, Lifan owns 12, 966 staff, out of whom over 8, 935 with education of technical secondary school or junior college. Lifan has been continuously listed in China Top 500 Enterprises for 10 times and has been No. 1 in Chongqing exportation of auto and motorcycle industry for years. On November 25th, 2010, the subsidiary holding shares, Lifan industry (Group) Co., Ltd. Was successfully listed in Shanghai Stock Exchange (stock code 601777), firstly publicly issuing 200 million shares and raising funds of 2.9 billion RMB, and became the first private enterprise of passenger vehicle to be listed in China A-share.
