Being a highly capable company, we can design and manufacture many varieties of non-standard and standard fasteners based on customers' specific requirements. These varieties include special screws, bolts, pins, insert nuts, rivets, bearings and other metal parts. These products are used in many industries, especially electronics, computers, automobiles, machinery, medical instruments and sports equipment.
The machines we use are from Taiwan area and Japan, including automatic precision lathes, CNC machines, punching machines and a range of testing and inspection equipment.
We can produce goods that have external diameters of 0.5-40mm with tolerances up to +/-0.01mm. Their length can vary from 0.5mm to 120mm with tolerances of +/-0.02mm, precision ground of +/-0.001mm and precision punch of +/-0.01mm.
