Manufacturing Center

The company owns the modern gardening industrial park area of over 100 mu, sets up and controls the GMPC production workshop for cosmetics at the cleanliness class 300000 as per the drug making standard, and has the worlds advanced vacuum emulsifying equipment and eight-opening multi-functional auto pouring production line from Mizuho (Japan). Such modern facilities and equipments have greatly cut down the production costs, and provided the fine technical guarantee for the product quality and their competitive power on the market.

Quality Control Center

The company establishes the perfect quality control program in accordance with "ISO9001 quality control system". The quality control center has arranged six posts, i. e., package inspection, raw material inspection, semi-product inspection, finished product inspection, microbiological inspection and process control. It also sets up the internal control standard more strict than the national standard, carries out various prior reinforced puncture tests for new products putting them into operation. All products must pass 6 strict inspection processes including package inspection, inspection for incoming raw materials, pot inspection of semi products and final inspection of finished products that guarantee the stability and due functions of products.
