Our service:

1. Before customer place the order: CIMC Wanshida will supply some advice according to its understanding of the local market. All the details must be confirmed well with customers. The necessary photos, video or design drawing will be supplied to the customer to confirm the configuration.

2. After Confirmed everything: CIMC Wanshida will put your order into production within 2 days. For common trailer's delivery time can be controlled within 15days after receive the deposit. The production progress was carried out according to the strict quality assurance system.

3. Before Delivery: CIMC Wanshida will supply the wax spray for every trailer which need transported by ocean shipping and supply the professional package service. The necessary documents (such as contract, commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of China origin, certificate)and booking service can be supplied.

4. After-sales Service: After customer get the trailer, CIMC Wanshida will supply technology director to the customer. In the next days, CIMC Wanshida will arrange specialized staffs inquiry customers regularly to know the trailer condition. For the fast moving spare parts will be supplied when customer ordered the trailer. The oversea engineer director is also available in particular cases.
