Technology and Equipment---In the smelting of the ductile iron, we have blast furnaces system, the coal injection system, gas power station systems and materials sintering system. In the precise castings, we have 416 vertical automatic molding line, Z148EC automatic molding line, the line of 10ton resin sand with sand processing system, intermediate electric stove and so on. In the precise processing, we have Taiwan Omar Nc machining center, Nc lathe and so on. And in the inspection of products, we introduce advanced physical and chemical testing equipment, such as, stokehold rapid analyzer, Germany Carl Zeiss microscope, spectrum analyzer, flaw detector etc. In the process of development, our company formed a three-in-one and short-routine combination of smelting, casting and processing which is our comprehensive advantage.

Products and Marketing--- At present, our main products have covered four series as well-qualified ductile iron, precise automobile parts, railway castings and mechanical engineering parts, up to 100 specifications. We supply not only to ourselves, but to the precise enterprise of Beijing, Tianjin, Heibei, Shandong and the market of Chongqing and Jiangsu. The series of the flywheels of engine, brake flanges, the brake hubs, calipers, brackets, and housings have covered Beijing, Tianjin, Hebei, also together with Shanghai, Jiangsu, Zhejiang province. We have a lot of predominant customers, such as FAW, GM, , Modern, Chery Automobile. In addition, parts of our products have been exported to USA, Russia lran, ltaly and so on. Our railway plate castings are widely used in domestic high-speedy railway, city rail, subway, etc.
