The process is capable of producing precise detail and dimensional accuracy in parts weighing many pounds or just a few ounces. In our business scope, about 60% are silica-gel precision castings.

Our engineering team has ability to design the mould and study machining processing method independently. At present, most of products can be machined in our own machining workshops. We have the advanced and professional testing equipment for quality assurance: Spectrometer analysis, FPI and MPI testing, Ultrasonic testing, X-ray testing, hardness checking, pressure testing, CMM inspection.
