Chiameng Accessories Factory was founded in Changping Town, Dongguan, Guangdong in 1994. It is one of the bases of Horng 1 Accessories Co, Ltd of Taiwan invested in the mainland. The factory has now formed a production structure of three series of products, including plastic hair accessories, plastic electronic gifts and cosmetics of everyday use. All of its products are sold to Mideast, Europe, Americas and Southeast Asia.

Since its establishment, Chiameng Accessories Factory has been abiding by the quality policy of "Honesty, innovation, excellent quality and pursuit of perfection".

With the vigorous and sustained effort of the whole company, it has developed from a family enterprise of 200-odd people in its initiative stage quickly to a large modern manufacturing enterprise with a staff of over 2000 people and an annual turn-over of over NT 400,000,000.

In 2000, Chiameng Accessories Factory has become the first enterprise within the sector of decorations passing ISO 9002 certification, thereby established its important position in the sectior, which has become the milestone for the sustainable development of the company.
