Chengdu Tiema Locomotive & Rolling Stock Co., Ltd. (hereinafter abbreviated as "Tiema Company") is a professional limited liability company which is engaged in the repair and production of railway locomotive wheel sets. In 2008, the company increased its capital and shares invested in building a professional maintenance and production base for railway locomotive wheel sets. The company currently has more than 80 staff members, with 24 specialized technology and management personnel of various types (including five persons who have intermediate and senior professional and technical titles), more than 50 direct-production personnel and 6 service personnel, while its quality management system includes more than 70 persons.

The company covers an area of about 30 mu (Phase I) and has about 50 sets of main production equipment.

Tiema Company officially went into production in March, 2009. As of December, 2016, it had provided over 14 railway bureaus in China with over 9000 pairs of repair and manufactured products for various types of internal-combustion and electric wheel sets. The delivered products have provided safety assurance and railway transportation punctuality, earning recognition from new and old customers.
