ZheJiang PuJiang Bai Lian Chemicals CO, Ltd, subsidiary to ZheJiang Bai Lian industrial and Trade Group CO, Ltd, was a private high-tech enterprise in 2005 with an investment of 126 million RMB, focusing on new green and environment-friendly refrigerants. It sits in PuJiang Economic Development Industrial Area in the middle of ZheJiang province, China, which is about 114kms south of HangZhou. The site of BaiLian Chemistry industry, one of the group companies, covers an area of 280 Mu. Its total invested capital amounts to more than 320 million. A new project with an annual throughput of 25, 000 tons will be buit up in phases. At the present, the first phase of the project, with an annual throughput of 5000 tons, has gone into operation formally.
