Wuhan ChangGuang Battery Co. , Ltd. (CGB) is a China-Foreign joint-venture
enterprise of China Electronic Corporation (CEC) and international technology
enterprises, established in 1993 with a total capital investment of USD
8, 300, 000. 00.

CGB specializes in the manufacturing, research and development of rechargeable
valve regulated lead acid (VRLA) battery for various applications of UPS,
Telecom power systems, Alarm & Security systems, Solar energy systems,
Electronic instruments, Medical equipments and Electric vehicles.

Our main production equipments (such as Milling, Casting, Pasting Machines)
and testing equipments are imported, and all raw / processed material are
procured directly from reputable suppliers per the strictest international quality standards. We cooperate with various local / international R&D facilities and strategic technology partners in the continuous upgrading of our design, development and production skills.

Our standard products range from 2V to 12V / 0. 5Ah to 2000Ah. We are partnering with various international battery users in new product developments and research projects. We believe this will represent a major growth area of CGB in the years ahead. In order to cope with the ever increasing demands of standard CGB products and other OEM/ODM requests, the current production facility will experience major expansion in 2003/2004 increasing our manufacturing capacity at least two fold with total floor area exceeding 190, 000sqft.
