Haiyang Changchuan Motor Co., Ltd., established in 2007 by Haiyang Teheng Motor Co., Ltd., produces electric spindles and mechanical spindles.

In April 2004, based on our Research Institute and Technology Division, we set up Technical Center. And on this basis, we cooperate with Electrical Engineering Institute of Xi'an Jiaotong University to research the technologies on permanent magnet AC servo motors, and with College of Mechanical and Electronic Engineering of Laiyang Agricultural Institute on permanent magnet brushless motors. Through researching and digesting foreign new technologies, new processes and new materials, we have made products substituting for foreign like products. So far, our products have accounted for 4% of the domestic market in EDM equipment, CNC spindle motor equipment, wire cutting automation equipment, medical equipment and other CNC equipments, taking the place of Japan's SANYO and becoming the industry leader. Since our inception, we have been attaching great importance to protect proprietary technologies. Two of the new technologies have obtained national patent protection.

Over the years, we have been focusing on introducing and cultivating talents in all related majors. We are staffed with 40 managerial personnel in mechanical design, casting technology, machinery and electronics, automation control and business management, 32 full-time technology developers (including 3 senior engineers, 3 senior experts with allowance from the State Council and 10 engineers). These well-trained professionals reserved strong force to develop our business and improve our market competitiveness.

In joint research and development with Electrical Engineering Institute of Xi'an Jiaotong University and College of Mechanical and Electronic Engineering of Laiyang Agricultural Institute, we combine the advantages of product structures and make permanent magnet AC servo motors and permanent magnet brushless DC motors. In addition, we co-established "Changchuan Motor Technology Center of Shandong University" with Building Materials and Construction Machinery Research Center of Shandong University, which provides our company at least one new mechanical product with moderate complexity and 400 hours of training to our technical staff in order to improve our product quality and staff's skills. By cooperating with universities and enterprises, we establish a technological innovation system and staff cultivation mode which are oriented to the market, center on the enterprise and combine "production, study, research and application" into one. In this way, we improved our technological innovation and market competitiveness, making contribution to the sustainable development of CNC equipment manufacturing industry.
