After years in scales, Enlighting Industrial Company Limited comes into a new era with ISO9001: 2000 audited by SGS in 2008, two totally new building covering 16, 000 square meter for office and workshop, five assembly lines especially for electronic scale with production capacity 200, 000 PCS per month. And 15 branded plastic injection machines for our scale plastic housing.

Quality guaranteed period is supplied to customer to show our resolution to be responsible scale supplier. Strict quality control system is proceeded and strengthened in our factory covering material supplier evaluation, incoming material inspection and evaluation, material classification, warehouse storage as well as production quality control. We pay much attention to the paper works analysis which is helpful for quality control as to experience. And there is strong development ability in us, we have 5 technicians in scale software development and design development in our R&D department. Each year 10 new models is coming out in our factory. We had separate testing room with longevity test, temperature test, weight test, sensor test and module test for each new product and shipment. And a separate QC room for random quality inspection for each shipment. In order to ensure our products are RoHS compliance, we sent our electronic products series shipment sample to be tested in TUV and got RoHS and PAHs certificate for our products, and also got CE and EMC from SGS.
