Through the intelligent kitchen waste processor, resource recycling is achieved, carbon emissions are reduced, and a green catering ecosystem is built. This project promotes the use of independently developed intelligent kitchen waste processors in commercial complexes, schools, communities, hotels, canteens and other places that are prone to generate a large amount of kitchen waste, pre-treats the daily kitchen waste generated in these places, and separates the kitchen waste into: Water that meets emission standards, waste grease (recycled oil raw materials) and garbage residues, thereby turning kitchen waste into treasure, achieving energy conservation and carbon reduction, resource recycling, and improving the kitchen waste treatment capacity of the entire city through distributed processing methods. In addition, all deployed intelligent kitchen waste processors are linked and managed through the "digital operation management platform" to achieve traceability of waste grease production.
