HX Mould has more than 2800 square meters factory building and more than 130 staffs, including 25 professional designers and among them are 10 senior engineers, who has many years of design experiences in Aero-engine blades \gas turbine blades\hollow blades\turbocharger products and other precision casting moulds. Widely applied to large turbocharger\turbojet/turbofanaero-engine\ turbo machinery and oil\gas\chemical industry etc. The materials mainly include nickel base alloy, iron base alloy, coalt base superalloy, corrosion resistant stainless steel, aluminum alloy, cast iron and so on. We have the ability of design and manufacture precision casting mould with superior difficulty, we can finish five-axis\four-axis\three axis machining center and creep grinder machining process establishment. You just need to provide us parts drawings, we will design the corresponding mould and calculate shrinking rate to achieve related technical requirements.
