The Group is made up of four subordinate enterprises: Shandong Mulan Electric vehicle Co., Ltd., Jinan Gladway Import & Export Co., Gladway (Kunshan) Industrial Design Center, and Gladway (Southeast Asia) Marketing Branch Corp. The group plans to invest establishing Shandong Gladway new energy vehicle Co., Ltd. And Gladway (Hungary) assembly factory.
Shandong Mulan Electric Vehicle Co., Ltd., one of Gladway group subordinate enterprise was established in 2005. As the core branch company, it is the only legal company that manage Mulan brand electric vehicle. It is the goal of Mulan to offer the best safe and environmentally vehicles for people and build a Chinese leading green power transportation manufacturer.
The group operates Weifang, Tianjing, Kunshan, producing base. Weifang factory located in Changle electric vehicle industrial zone, covers an area of 140 acres and planning area of 40, 000 square meters. The factory equipped with the most advanced painting, welding, assembling line, was put into produce in DEC. 2012. Tianjin, Wuxi, kunshan producing base cooperated by OEM in order to expand to oversea. Every year, 3, 000 employees produce more than 1, 000, 000 electric bikes.
