Its directors and founders are: Manuel Vicente, Rui Leã O, Francesca Carlotta Bruni.

Our main portfolio of service spans from interior design, architecture to urban planning, we also provide services as project managers and landscape designers.

V. L. B. Is a new concept of service providing for architecture expertise, overlapping managerial and design operation.

It blends the traditional Mediterranean design practice combining design excellence with a sustainable view on construction, relying on strong outsourcing of expertise and different know how.

Along the years we have been handling projects of different nature in design field, sizes, costs, timetables, construction period and location.

We have been working on all kinds of programs hiring the specific competences for any specific task.

Our main clients are Macau administration, Casinos and real estate developers.

V. L. B. Partners were showcased in the 10th Venice architecture biennale and the 7th Bienal de Arquitectura, Sã O Paulo, with the Nam Van Square won the Arcasia Gold medal in 2006 published in several Architectural Publications.

They have won the international competition for the new Harbin Opera House and Five Star Hotel in China, opening in 2010.
