Established in 1990 from two single-chamber sorting machines into a plant with a floor space of 22, 000m2 and a building area of 23, 000m2, we are now equipped with 8 sets of sorting machines, 4 feather washing lines, 350 Japanese made flat sewing machines as well as complete auxiliary equipment. We are professional manufacturer of washed feather &down and finished products.
We have passed the ISO9001: 2000 Quality Management System Certification in Oct. 2002 as well as several factory audit required by British and American clients(For instance: ITS and CSCC).
Now equipped with advanced manufacturing and inspecting machine, we have realized an annual processing capacity of 8000 tons feather and down, as well as 1.6million pieces of feather and down products. We have accumulated abundant manufacturing and Q. C. Experiences, which has a solid foundation for the manufacture of high-quality products which are mainly sold to Japan and western countries.
