Guizhou Jinhe Smelt company Ltd., is the ferroalloy company invested by Guizhou WEP Co., Ltd., by september 2006 which has registered captials of RMB68, 000, 000 by now. The company is lie in No. 136 Ruijin Rd, Guiyang, Guizhou, China and is now mainly dealing with business of silicon manganese and other alloys. Based on various resources in Guizhou, Jinhe is not only aimed to accelerate the development on itself, but also improve the electricity, the coal mining and other relevant industries.

Guizhou Jinhe Smelt is the holding company of Guizhou WEP Longteng ferroalloy Co., Ltd., and Guizhou Jinhe Xianglong ferroalloy Co., Ltd. The fixed assets belong to Jinhe is more than 100 million. By now, Jinhe has staffs more than 1, 300 and ten well-equipped 6300 KVA electric smelting furnaces, all of which have passed the authentication of enviornment protection by government.
