Established in 2025, we operate an ISO 9001-certified plant covering 100 m² In Shenyang City, Liaoning Province, equipped with 5-axis CNC centres, ultra-high vacuum cleaning lines and helium-leak detectors down to 1 × 10-¹ ² PA· M³ /s.

Our product range covers:

Vacuum valves - gate, angle, bellows-sealed, diaphragm and all-metal types for UHV/HV systems

Sealing components - CF/KF/ISO flanges, metal gaskets, O-rings, sight glasses and custom chambers

Non-standard parts - rapid prototyping and small-batch fabrication to customer drawings

Materials handled include 304/316L stainless steel, Hastelloy® , aluminium alloy, Viton® , PTFE and copper. Critical dimensions are held to ± 0.01 mm and surface finishes to Ra 0.2 µ M, meeting the stringent cleanliness requirements of semiconductor fabs, synchrotron beamlines, aerospace test rigs, thin-film coating and new-energy R&D platforms.
