Dalian CRRC locates in Dalian Lvshun Economic Zone, Liaoning province of China, which covers an area of 296, 000. It has two manufacturing bases of tank container and dry bulk container, with annual production capacity of newly built tank containers and dry bulk containers 10, 000 units respectively.

It gained the recognition of Competent Manufacturer from CSQA and LR, and the design and manufacture qualification for pressure vessels from AQSIQ and ASME.
