The EL tester consists of 4 near-infrared cameras (high quality 0.4mm/pixel), while the AOI appearance tester comprises another 8 visible light cameras (high quality 0.09mm/pixel). These cameras respectively capture EL infrared images and visible light images, ensuring comprehensive detection across both imaging spectra and the high-quality output in the solar production line.
By utilizing multi-station image acquisition and multi-camera image stitching, the EL tester and AOI appearance tester generate complete EL and visible images of the solar panel. This method guarantees high imaging quality and a small window feature for viewing detailed sections, which is essential for accurately identifying both EL defects and appearance defects on solar panels.
The EL tester and AOI appearance tester of PV panels can function either as independent detection systems or be integrated into a single combined detection system, offering flexibility depending on the inspection needs.
