Anhui Boyi Fluid Power Transmission Joint Stock Co., Ltd is the leading manufacturer of high-pressure hydraulic piston pumps in China now.

We are found in January 7th of year 2008, which is invested and established by Hefei City Sanxing Excavator Co., Ltd and the management of Hefei High-Tech Economic Development Zone.

We are located in the central part of China - Hefei city, Anhui province.

1. Our history:

1995-11-16: We established Hefei City Sanxing Excavator Co., Ltd, with 400 staff, whose business is the production of structure parts for HITACHI and ATLAS factories in China.

We've been one important supplier for HITACHI in China for more than 20 years in Hefei city, and manufacture structure parts, like booms, arms, buckets & many others, for more than 20 excavator models, 1400 types parts totally.

The production of about 1000 types parts for ATLAS in China;

2004-5: Get ISO9001-2000 quality system certificate;

2006-3: Complete a new factory with 12, 000 square meters for capacity expansion;

2008-1-7: Establish BOYI company, and specialize in hydraulic piston pumps, main control valves, hydraulic test equipments and hydraulic system solutions.

The total original investment of our company is 26 million USD, the fixed assets is 23.3 million USD.

3. Our products:

The products that we're producing now:

1). Hydraulic piston pumps: Types BPA45/63/80/100/112/140/160/180/200DT/DTP/DTH, single and double pumps, with displacement from 45 ML/R to 200 ML/R.

2). Main control valves: Types BDF1-220, BDF2-240 and BDF3-170, with flow rate from 170 L/MIN to 240 L/MIN.

4. Our market positioning:

We manufacture products for two markets:

1: We manufacture and supply hydraulic piston pumps and main control valves for manufacturers of excavators, mining machines, rigs, agricultural machines and other construction machinery.

2: After-market for international brands excavators, like Kobelco, New Holland, Volvo, Samsung, Doosan, Hyundai, CASE, Sumitomo, JCB and Kato.

5. Our quality control system:

Our company attaches great importance to the product quality and reputation. The raw materials of our key components are directly imported from Europe and the United States. We have also imported CNC machining centers, CNC lathes, milling machines and grinding machines, and established a heat treatment workshop and formed the unique heat treatment technology. Our hydraulic components test center got the certificate of CNAS (China National Accreditation Service for Conformity Assessment) on May of 2010, which means the test report presented by us can be recognized by 61 organizations from 46 countries of ILAC-MAR.
