The theme of human developments is building a resource-conserving and environmental friendly society. Today, low-carbon and cyclic economy has become the orientation of society development and will be further more the goal that modern construction industry should pursue.
The application of the ecological and energy-efficient wall materials has become the development tendency in modern construction. Gypsum, with its unique texture and advantages, is now replacing traditional building materials and gradually will become the main trend of eco-energy saving wall.
Its production scale, technology level, product quality and processing means stand in top class of this industry. Paper faced gypsum board production lines have similar process flow. According to heating methods, there are two types: Direct hot air type and indirect heat exchanging type. Clean fuel has to be used in direct hot air type, like nature gas or light diesel. Indirect heat exchanging type takes coal or heavy oil as fuels. The heat efficiency is low compared with direct hot air type because hot air is used after exchanging. But this type is suitable for some countries where no natural gas or light diesel. The main equipments of paper faced gypsum board production line include: Batching system, forming system, wet board conveying system, drying system, dry board conveying, board edge trimming, stacking and storage system. The electrical control of gypsum board line is divided into 3 parts, forming station control, drying control and dry board control. The process flow of paper faced gypsum board: Calcined gypsum powder is conveyed into plaster powder silo. Other raw materials like modified starch, accelerating agent, etc. Which are also stored in silos. Weighing belt is installed at the bottom of the silo. Various materials will be put together into powder mixer after dosing process, and then fed into vertical mixer. Foaming agent and water through metering pump are sent to foaming device where they meet compressed air to produce foam which is then brought to vertical mixer. Top & bottom cover paper pass through tensioning device, alignment device, creasing device to forming station. Gypsum slurry flows on the surface of bottom paper from vertical mixer. Adhesive glue, mixed in tank, is delivered to spray glue pump which locates at two sides of forming station. Then it is sprayed on the edges of top paper by the spray glue pump. Forming station adopts advanced plate forming machine or extruder, which changes the contact from linear to area.
And thickness adjustable, extruded gypsum board surface has better smooth appearance. Wet board is steady conveyed to cutting machine through setting belt and open roller conveyer. Continuous board is cut into pieces at set length by cutting machine and then be transported to transverse conveyor 1#. After overturning, wet boards are then sent into roller drier after passing through closer roller conveyor and distributing bridge. The free water in the wet boards will evaporate slowly and boards are cooled down after drying at board outlet section. Then dried boards pass through in consequence transverse conveyor 2#, folding machine, rolling table and edge trimming machine where to be cut at exact dimension and sealed by edge wrapping afterwards. Finished boards pass roller conveyor to stacker. Then they are moved to ware house by forklift, ready to packaging.
