Feasibility studies - techno-economic studies to assess feasibility, evaluate options and prepare preliminary cost estimates.

Specifications - preparation of detailed plant and equipment specifications and technical tender documents to ensure all requirements for safe and efficient operation and statutory compliance are incorporated into the process
Evaluation of tenders and proposals.

Process design - review of process design to determine suitability for purpose and identify interfaces between suppliers. Actual design of systems and components not readily available as standard packages sourcing of plant and engineering components, specialised equipment and spare parts. Preparation of documents for statutory approval and liaison with authorities safety audits hazop studies; Provision of chairman and technical secretary for hazop studies, hazop report preparation and follow-up. Provision of training courses in hazop and hazard analysis.

Qualitative and quantitative risk assessments and provision of training courses in risk assessment techniques, drafting of safety policies, emergency procedures and crisis management plans, drafting of operating and maintenance instructions and provision of training, cryogenic pump repair and maintenance and training in operation and maintenance.
