Qinghai Tsinghua Biotry Bio-Tech Co., Ltd. was established in September, 2005 by joint investment of RMB30 million from Tsinghua University Science & Technology Park and Qinghai Bioscience & Technology Industrial Park, and this is the first industrial cooperation project between Tsinghua University and Qinghai Province. We are mainly devoted to research and development of sea buckthorn resources and down-stream processing

with the support of our technical innovation and marketing capabilities, we have taken full advantages of high quality sea buckthorn resources in Qinghai Province, and have established our own brand "Qinghaiqing" (Green Qinghai), already a famous brand both domestic and abroad. At the time being, our "Qinghaiqing" brand sea buckthorn products are not only very well sold in Beijing, Guangdong, Fujian and other domestic markets, but also exported to Japan, Korea, European Countries, North America and other overseas markets and the export amount of our sea buckthorn products is the top among all the agriculture and animal husbandry products of our province. In 2009, we reached a product value of more than RMB136 million, with an amount of US$10.3 million for export, occupying 63% of the total sea buckthorn products exported from China, and we have become the model export enterprise of ecology and high-tech products in China. We have completed the construction of a total 5, 400 HA of sea buckthorn bases, giving impetus to more than 33, 500 HA of sea buckthorn cultivating land in the province, and laid a solid resource foundation for sea buckthorn industry development. We have obtained 18 patents from concerning authorities of China, Europe and USA, and our "Sea buckthorn Vitamin P Research Technology" has won the second prize of 2008 Qinghai Science & Technology Progress, and our product "Sea Buckthorn Natural Vitamin P" is appraised as "National Key New Products", and we have become the leading enterprise in domestic sea buckthorn industry, and are also accepted as the technological leading enterprise by international sea buckthorn industrial circles. We are honored the National Key Enterprise of Supporting the Poor Areas, the Key Enterprise of Agricultural and Pastoral Industrialization of Qinghai Province and Hi-Tech Enterprise of Qinghai Province.

In Sept., 2009, on the 4th International Seabuckthorn Association Conference held in Russia, we have successfully obtained to host the 5th International Seabuckthorn Association Conference in 2011 after defeating Germany and India, on behalf of Qinghai Province, and this indicates that we are fully accepted by international seabuckthorn industry circles as the leading enterprise.

We would continue to take "with lofty aspirations but to be practical" as our aim, and provide all customers with our natural, pure and nutritious sea buckthorn, Chinese wolfberry and nitraria products from snow-covered Qinghai-Tibet Plateau.
