Our cooperation factory is a modern private-owned enterprise engaged in design, R&D, manufacturing of automobile leaf spring, stabilizer bar, coil spring, etc.

The company owns two workshops with building area of 30, 000 m2 and a R&D comprehensive building of 5, 000 square meters. The company owns four leaf spring production lines (annual output of 60, 000 tons), two stabilizer bar production lines (annual output of 600, 000 pieces), and two engine valve spring production lines (annual output of 24, 000, 000 pieces).

With the spirit of technology innovation, the company undertakes design, R&D of suspension system in the cooperation project of SINOTRUK and Germany Man Company. It has got 6 state patents, in which 5 technological achievements occupy domestic or international leading position. It assumes 4 provincial innovation projects and 1 Shandong technology development program.

Since establishment, it has set up quality principle of "High Starting Point, High Standard" and paid much attention to product quality and quality control. At the beginning of 2009, leaf spring and stabilizer bar were listed into the appointed products for military use by SINOTRUK and the appointed export products. At the middle of 2013, it has become supplier of Volvo.

Profile of Automobiles Factory

Our cooperation factory was founded in 1956, designated as the automobile production enterprises by our state. It is the first production of light vehicles in China.

It has 3000 staffs, including 300 professionals and technical personnel. The factory covers an area of 600, 000 square meters, with 230, 000 square meters construction area.

It has more than 20 automobile production lines of stamping, welding, painting, assembly and testing and so on, all of that use computer control, mechanization transmission, ranking leading domestic commercial vehicle. It has a production capacity of 100000 cars currently.

It passed the ISO9000 quality management system, ISO10012 measurement management system, ISO14000 environmental management system, OHSAS18000 occupational health and safety management system and standardization of certification of good conduct business; All automotive products have passed national CCC certification. It is identified as provincial-level enterprise technology centers and high-tech enterprises of provincial-level.

It has more than 400 network of centers in domestic, maintenance points, 600 service stations, sales network over the country' S 28 provinces.
