At present, we have more than 99 qualified QC staff. The QC is based on our ISO9001: 2000 registered Program. All QC procedures are integrally tied to this program.
The QC starts from incoming material inspection to finished goods / shipping of the products.
We currently achieve a "100 PPM defect rate". KUANTECH aims at "Zero Defect Quality".
In addition to the normal incoming QC and standard production line QC, we have Temperature Rise Testing to further ensure the final quality, and to eliminate infant mortality due to potential marginal parts.
