1. Learning products' functions from customers (lotion/cream/ capacities/ ideal appearance)
2. Analysising target markets/ retailing prices
3. Developing& revising bottle of 3D drawing, 3D sample mould
4. Re-confirming details (PMS colors, dieline, packing, lead time, etc)
5. Inside inspection with different tests (vacuum test@ AQL, torque test, drop test, etc)
6. Delivery properly (2-4 weeks)
One of BC major product, AIRLESS bottles, which is using new silicone material valve inside the pump& supplied to domestic branded lotion almost one decades. Its technology is best known for its ability to block out oxygen and keep the integrity of the formula.
Meanwhile, BC will irregularly develop& launch elegant bottles& caps according to marketing trends.
