Bellwin Information Co., Ltd established in November of 1998, have developed various kinds of computer telephones integrated system CTI (Computer Telephony Integration) in the initial stage of establishment, and developed by ourselves the CTI development tool!**CT-Builder!**that has still lead the technology domestically which set up the foundation for our company to develop the vocal system professionally.In addition to developing various kinds of special projects of vocal systems for the government and non-government organizations, such as 123 call center of Zhong Hua Telecom.For many years experience of meeting with the requirements of many software applications and services to customers, we also have the mature skills in hardware control which established the successful foundation for the transition to develop the embedded systematic software and hardware afterwards.

Perceiving that there would be the questions for operating system environments and the difficult commercialization;Technically, with the maturity and popularization of the electronic industry and internet network, the network communication products are also developed to the embedded type gradually.Our company felt deeply that necessities of preparation for industry's change in the future.The technology of software and hardware should be promoted further, so we sent our R& D personnel to study embedded software design before 2001.By means of constant research and development, our company had also grasped the technology of embedded product design of SOC for Linux kernel as base, and engaged the experienced R& D personnel for more than ten years to design the hardware, and organized a proficient software and hardware team to commercialize the product with many years experience since 2003 and created the first one item of our company Remote Power Monitoring System which adopted the hardware products of SOC technological development.And we revised it in 2005 successfully that it became the most innovative integrated multi-function Remote Power Monitoring System.Our R& D personnel also gained the ability to design the software and hardware at the same time, so the product designs can be done flexible with adding value application on the hardware platform.This is the specialty of the products of our company.

Our company is also the few of the small and medium-sized enterprises which can have embedded SOC hardware platforms as well as the technology of software extra value application at present in Taiwan.Our company's business, besides the special project design software of vocal system and telecommunication service, we also develop hardware products to offer customer the special customized project of the operation procedure, hardware design, software writing, and sample making.We hope to provide our undertaking partners and end users to promote their profitable benefit through our products or customized business application to achieve the win-win goal.
