The safety sensor is mainly used in the tailgate of the car or the sliding door or the baggage hatch.We can design according to different models.

Safety edges is a kind of flexible and bendable material in belt or round shape that could be fixed on edges of moving parts with squeezing or shearing risk like tyre building machines,elevators,machine tool table,electric doors and etc.
1.Once a moving part with safety edges strikes any operator (or any operator strike a moving part with safety edges),the flexible safety edges on the part would be compressed to transmit signals to the power source,which would then stop the movement of the moving part.
2.Safety edges are classified as "belt-shaped or round-shaped"devices.Safety edges would not enter into any components.Instead,you could just "feel" its existence. The safety protection function of safety edges is solely depends on its feeling and switching capacity.Therefore, reliable control of the control circuit of safety edge bumper is of great significance.Generally,safety edge or safety bumper would only be used in machines that moving parts could stop corresponding machines immediately upon the removal of power source.
Safety edges and controller work together to constitute flexible and universal emergency stop system.In applications of such system,operators or installation personnel should be able to conveniently stop the diving device.
4.One complete safety edges should include one aluminum track(works as safety contact point) and one built-in induction signal belt (contact belt).The special shap (rubber profile) of safety edges could prevent the safety contact belt against damages and allow the impact angle of safety edge to reach above 90°.
5. Safety edge consists of integrated silicone electric conductive bar mode (FIG 1) and separate rubber bar mode (FIG 2).Safety edge could simulate the installation conditions and could withstand bending within limits.
