The company has a production line of hot-rolling with main equipments such as double-roller pipe billet straightener, peeler, eddy current detector, pipe billet saw with diameter 630, dircle heating furnace, double roller piercer PM 700, hydraulic fast launch triangle-roller pipe rolling machine TR 3-300, step beam reheating furnace, triangle-roller concentrated tension reducer transmitting by differential speed (with 18 stands) model SRW-270-18, electrical step rack cooling machine(with length 6.24 meters and width 60 meters), plate cold saw 1000 and fishing line for small pipes(with diameter 25-63.5mm) and for large pipes(with diameter 48-101mm). Finishing lines are all equipped with straightener, dedust device, hydraulic test, bore detector, eddy current detector, ultrasonic flaw detector, automatic length measuring, weighing and rotary drum printing devices etc. One pipe production line is equipped with 2 sets of pipe thread CNC machine model S1-401A, hydraulic tightening machine DZYNJ200/20, hydraulic tester 4 1/2" *80MPa, pneumatic marking machine PC-180G, economic automatic lubricating machine and automatic code-ejection machine Model S8 etc.

The main products manufactured according to standard API SPEC 5CT, API SPEC 5B, including J55, K55, N80 steel grade, hot rolling finished oil pipe, API SPEC 5L product line pipe, bearing tube, structure pipe, and boiler tube for low & medium pressure tube for conveyance of fluid hydraulic parts tube etc. Also can be according to the ASTM 106&53. Outer diameter from 25mm to 273mm and wall thickness from 2.5 mm to 25 mm. Maximum length of finished products is 14.63m, and annual capacity is nearly 260, 000tons.
