With the exploration and innovation of the Bebon people, BEBON gradually formed four major advantageous products: Steel plate, steel pipe, stainless steel, and special steel, and established our own Machining processing center in order to meet customers' diverse requirements.

Our mill has three production lines:

1). 2500mm production line-(Width: 1600-2300mm, Thickness: 6-30mm, Annual capacity: 1, 600, 000 Tons;

2). 3500mm production line-(Width: 2000-3050mm, Thickness: 10-80mm, Annual capacity: 2, 000, 000 Tons;

3). 4300mm production line-(Width: 1500-4100mm, Thickness: 6-300mm, Annual capacity: 1, 800, 000 Tons;

The weight of each steel ingot can achieve 44 tons, which is the leading level in China. In addition, we also have a 1700mm production line for hot rolled coil (Width range: 900-1550mm, Thickness range: 1.2-25.4mm, Annual capacity: 3, 500, 000 Tons).

The main steel plate we specialized in producing are shipbuilding steel, weathering-resistant steel, boiler and pressure vessel steel, pipeline steel, and so on. In addition, we can also arrange production according to the following standards - EN10025, EN10028, DIN 17100, ASTM A131, JISG3101, and JISG3106.

As a leading international steel supplier, BEBON has two warehouses which are near Tianjin port and Shanghai port. This advantageous geographical position effectively saves domestic transportation costs and greatly promotes our service level. Tianjin warehouse mainly stores steel plates and pipes. The replenished quantity for each month is about 12, 000 tons. Our inventory cycle is short and flexible. Shanghai warehouse mainly stores stainless steel and profile steel. The average replenished quantity for each month is about 15, 000 tons. The above advantages greatly promote our performance in transportation and delivery time.

Based on production and stock advantages, BEBON has built our own Machining processing center, Our fabrication includes different types.

Steel surface treatment - such as steel pre-treatment (shot blasting and shop primer), Steel Galvanized;

Steel structure processing - such as cutting, drilling, milling, turning, bending, welding, and so on. BEBON has the ability to produce various steel structural parts. At the same time, We can design the drawing according to the requirements of the customer and do the processing in accordance with the drawings.
