In 2005 we brought in frist class brake pad production lines, and our brake pads have been exported to 13 nations and regions, like Europe, USA, Middle Asia and South East Asia.
We focus on the design and R&D of the Automobile Brake pads, and own professional Technicians, management Team, advanced production and test Equipments. In order to meet customers' various requirements, we are mainly manufacturing MID and premium brake pads and shoes. To offer the high and steady quality and services to domestic and overseas customers, we devote ourselves to create efficient, win-win, creative and progressive enterprise team with advanced equipments, technology and strict management system.
Our factory has the manufacturing capacity of 500, 000 sets for OEM market and 4.5 million sets for AM market, with the support of Automatic material fixing line, pressing machines, we have more than 2000 part numbers in range which can fully meet our customers' requirement from all over the world.
Regarding the Test machine, We owns advanced Dyno machine, Chase Tester, The Constant speed testing machine, Shear testing machine and Thermal expansion testing machine etc.
